This unique, modern, cabin style home built in 2023 is nestled in the woods on 2 acres close to downtown Athens and Normal Town. Perfect for a gameday retreat or a longer stay while visiting or vacationing in The Classic City. A full kitchen with all the amenities as well as a Weber grill on the large covered patio create the perfect atmosphere to relax or entertain in a beautiful, secluded, nature rich setting while just being minutes from restaurants, shopping, and UGA. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 loft bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The house features WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine for added convenience. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, our quaint house is the perfect retreat. We are dog lovers so your pets are welcome here. Refresh and Renew

My sister and brother in law stayed here with their dogs. They loved the place and said it was a great place. They came from Western Nc to escape hurricane Helene. It was a wonderful retreat for them to regroup and refresh themselves. The owner even left them some snacks.dessert and alcohol! Which was very thoughtful! The dogs loved rubning and playing in the fenced back yard!
