Welcome to "Hunker Down", our charming 4/2.5 home located 5 minutes from downtown Athens. This relaxing house is perfectly situated to offer convenience and easy access to everything the Classic City has to offer.

Our home accommodates 8 guests comfortably in beds. There's also a futon that provides an additional sleeping spot for 1.

We had a great stay in Athens this past Bama/GA weekend at this lovely, spacious, well decorated property. We had a total of 7 people that stayed in the home and it was very comfortable and clean! I found the bed extremely comfortable, which is usually hard to come by when you are away from home. Do not hesitate to book this property. Jennifer was prompt on her responses and a wonderful host. Downtown is a quick 2-3 minute drive and close to campus. Thanks for having us!
