Perfect accommodations

The Mesa Vista lodge was a perfect location for our large family to gather. Plenty of room for group activities and space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the location is a peaceful oasis. We enjoyed the oversized dining table.

Beautiful property and Lodge

We went with a large group and it was the perfect cabin! Best one we’ve stayed in with so many of us. The property was well maintained and there was space for everyone in the house without feeling cramped or on top of one another. Hiking trails on property, volley ball, Coe hole, hot tub…it was so much fun! The owners on site were wonderful! They kept in touch and were there if we needed them but not intrusive whatsoever. Great people! Thanks again for welcoming us, we will all be back because it was the best place we’ve found so far!!

Happy Hocking

Cathy has arranged, from what I've been stayed in, the single best property for larger groups in Hocking Hills. Very spacious without being empty, very well decorated without being cluttered, all of the cabin feel without the smell of pine on your clothes weeks later. Cathy herself was a treat as well. She was kind of enough to introduce herself when we checked in and went above and beyond to stop by each day to make sure the hot tub's chemical levels were in balance. This was our last time going to Hocking Hills, but this was the place to go out on!

Family Reunion

We gathered for a family reunion(ages 1-84)....It was a great property!! Lots of room, clean, well stocked. Nice large table allowing for the group to eat together. New ice/water machine was awesome. Comfortable beds. Easy to communicate with owners and very helpful. Had somethig for everyone-pond with paddle boat and fishing, big yard toys, vollleyball, Hot tub, nice rocking chairs on front porch, firepit. Wide open grassy space and several paths throughout property. Even had some kids toys, highchair and gates. It was about 20mins from Ash cave, Cedar Falls Hike and 25mins to the Hockinghills visitor center. Would definitely stay again.

Great friends getaway!

We have 6 couples who have grown up together and still hang out together to this day. We get away for a long weekend to relax and tell stories of all our grandchildren and enjoy each others company. This place fit the bill perfectly. Enough room for everyone to feel comfortable and cozy enough to help us all relax. Lived the cabin and the property. Hosts were exceptional!!!
