Very nice staff and breakfast was so delicious. The only thing was the room we stayed at the water wouldn’t drain when showering. But other than that everything was cleaned and smelled good

My TV only had one channel. I was moved late the second night from 2nd to 3rd floor for a similar room with a working TV. Desk clerk apologized and said the manager would discount my stay when she came on Monday A.M. but I never heard anything. Best motel breakfast I have ever experienced.

The doors around the building do not lock. I was able to walk right in. I inquired at the front desk and she told me none of the doors lock. I am in a first floor room and the windows were unlocked.

A guest staying in room 207 here was not happy. there was hair on the bed sheets as well as stained pillow cases and towels were dirty. Guest let front desk know about this.

Very nice stay
You can tell when Lisa, the General Manager gives you a phone call to check on your stay just how much they care about their guests. Overall my stay was great, I was greeted with a warm welcome and my room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with plenty of breakfast options. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed for Trade Days. People were nice, coffee good and breakfast decent, but the room was filthy. We had to clean crusty substances off the headboard, clean a pile of gross dust and dirt along the wall in the bathroom, clean off old bloody snot from the bathroom counter area and make sure we wore shoes inside because the floor was not clean at all. The sheets were clean but we accidentally pulled back the top sheet and underneath it was unacceptable. For the price of this room, it was pretty surprising it was so dirty.

Hotel and room were well cared for and staff was great. There were a few things not completed during daily room servicing (we stayed for 5 nights) such as tissues and coffee not replaced but we received items when requested. Food was good but did not vary from day to day although there were a few selections so could vary that way.

The hotel is clean, and the beds are comfortable, which is most important. In general that hotel is run down, the windows do open, which was a bonus for fresh air. Breakfast was pretty good.

Wonderful place. We stay here to see my son play TVCC football! We suggest this hotel over all in Athens! I often travel with my teen and is Clean and safe! Wonderful free full meal breakfast!! 👍👍

In town for a wedding. I dont travel much so hardly ever need hotel services. Everything was great. Clean friendly environment. Maids were great! super helpful. Loved the all night coffee and water dispensers in lobby area.

Check-in was great at first, but when our keys didn’t work there was no one at the desk to help. I had to wait until the manager returned from the pool area. The bathroom door dragged the floor and made a loud scraping noise. The bulb in the lamp over the nightstand kept falling sideways. I should have told the manager about it when we left, but I forgot. At breakfast there was no hot water for tea, so I had to use the microwave. There were no napkins and no attendant present when we arrived. The tray of bread was tightly wrapped and there were no gloves and no attendant, so I skipped having toast. The attendant finally arrived and got napkins for us. I don’t like to give negative reviews, but this hotel was not up to the standard of others of this chain.
