A wonderful breakfast with very nice staff .

The staff are what make this property exceptional! There were a couple of issues with our booking on arrival, so the first night we had to stay in a different room. The next day we spoke to Georgia (manager) and she was brilliant! She listened to our concerns and addressed each one. She then went above and beyond, to make the rest of our stay memorable. We were upgraded to the junior suite with swim up, which was incredible! We also had a couples massage, which is would definitely recommend! On my husband's birthday (reason for the trip) we were surprised by the wonderful maitre d' David with a cake and champagne by the beach! Katerina on reception also helped us with late checkout on our departure day so we could really make the most of our time there!

Amazing stay. Very tranquil property and extremely clean and well kept. Katerina was their absolute best waitress. If you did get anyone but her service was honestly subpar. And if you’re staying multiple days the menu can honestly become mundane. But there are restaurants just a quick 5 minute walk away. If you are looking to visit the beach more than the pool this isn’t the area to stay. The beaches are VERY rocky. Huge rocks.

My wife and I stayed here for our elopement/honeymoon, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our room was the Suite, Sea View (Split Level) and it was lovely. Spacious bed, plenty of space in the room, and comfy furniture. The staff was phenomenal! The cleaning staff was always prompt and detail oriented. The reception crew was knowledgeable, insightful, and wonderfully friendly. The private beach itself was perfect. It was quiet and away from the other resorts/hotels on the beach that it really did feel like a private location. We will be booking here again when we make it back to Rethymno.

Great welcome, lots of options at breakfast. Excellent location in the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful.
