Customer service was great with clear check-in instructions and also was very accommodating in allowing an early check in 😊 Affordable and in the best central location with secure entry and exit into the building.
The accommodation was a nice space with a balcony
My only feedback is that:
- check in email only arrived a few hours before check which made it difficult to plan ahead and find the best parking building or locate where the building was at all as there isn’t any signage.
- it would have been good to know ahead that you have to carry all your luggage up 2 flights of stairs
- there were only a couple of glasses and a 2-3 wine glasses which seemed strange
- there was absolutely no air con but we were provided 2 standing fans which unfortunately didn’t do much.

One bathroom is inadequate for 7 people.
Curtains falling off in bedroom.
Only 6 chairs at dining table.
Very small and inadequate living area for 7 people.
No dishcloth in kitchen.
