In between Atascadero and Templeton, lies a cozy three bedroom getaway that's centrally located. A short drive to San Luis Obispo and all the wine country has to offer.

Indulge in the private pool and soak in the hot tub, or cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the smart TV. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and keep your clothes fresh with the in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to whip up delicious meals, from the stove and oven to the grill and dishwasher.

Savor your culinary creations at the dining table, or step outside and dine al fresco on the porch. Enjoy the outdoor play area, fire pit, and beach loungers, or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong.
With air conditioning, heating, robes, slippers and essential toiletries, you'll have all the comforts of home. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this vacation home has it all, making it the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones.

Pool & Spa:
May through September, the pool is heated complimentary to 85 degrees via solar heat pumps.

October through April, the pool can be heated, but due to the low overnight temperatures and cost of propane it is an additional $200 per night, with a two night minimum. We need payment and five days notice to have it heated to 85 degrees by check in.

The spa is complimentary and heated year round.

EV charger is complimentary.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items
Replace TV, heater-AC, portable heaters/fans remotes. Replace pool cover key in the control box if moved or used during your stay.
Please tidy up the house to the condition it was when you arrived and replace any moved furniture, return outdoor furniture to its place, return pool toys to their holders etc.
Please check for personal items (drawers, closets etc.), please leave the Welcome book on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No extra guests over 8 , includes day visitors, quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am; four cars max with out preapproval, no RVs.
Min age to book 25, no 3rd party bookings, main guest on reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests.
No tampering/removal of cameras $500 fine and can incur immediate eviction without refund. Cover pool when not in use.

Family Retreat

We were looking for a quiet place with a location close to the coast. This place was perfect. They have created a resort-feel without the people, which was perfect. The house is very comfortable with a very unique spanish style.
