"When I walked into the room there was a very strong insecticide smell. Later that night a massive cockroach appeared in the room, which is probably what they were trying to get rid of. The blanket on the bed was worn and dirty. I would not recommend this accommodation given the cost and the condition/cleanliness of the rooms."

"Here’s a polished version that remains positive while clearly expressing your disappointment with the lunch and dinner offerings: The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and staffed by a team that provided excellent service from check-in through check-out. The rooms were comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a very restful stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. It offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and was presented beautifully each morning. The only area that fell short of our expectations was the food service for lunch and dinner. Unfortunately, the quality of the meals did not match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. We dined in the restaurant once and ultimately sent our meals back, and on another occasion we ordered room service but found the food unappealing and chose not to eat it. The dishes appeared and tasted more like pre-made or mass-produced meals rather than freshly prepared offerings. Given the overall quality of the property and service, we were surprised by this inconsistency and hope the hotel will consider reviewing its lunch and dinner menu and food preparation standards. With improvements in this area, the guest experience would be exceptional from start to finish."

"The person on the front desk allways said my reservation is already ben paid also the same day i did check out they tools me you fine you room is already ben cancelled Ok i go the airport and when i almost Depart on the airplane the lady call me and try me like I was stealing and because i did never pay for a room they said my room already ben paid i did ask on the day i did arrive to check in on the day i did check out I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system , I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system but over than at i have to I had to endure the form of bad treatment on the phone of the reception or front desk manager and thief treatment ..!"

"Location was convenient for the beach and public transport. As we like walking we found the 50-60 min walk to the city centre ok too. We spent more time at the beach vs the pool as we couldn’t get seats and the pool is very overlooked. The only thing I didn’t like was not having anyone come in to clean the room in our 4.5 days there especially when you come back from the beach sandy."

The room was cleaned daily, with clear instructions on sustainability, which was much appreciated. Staff helped me and my needs as a person with a disability, especially during the morning buffet."
