Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori（ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS）
The Air conditioner was not working and I spent a significant portion of the time working with the staff to get it fixed. They were unable to fix it and had to provide some extra portable coolers to address this situation. Also, not vegetarian friendly dinner or buffet.

Very friendly staff. In room onsen was amazing. Felt it was pricey for the location of the hotel. Shuttle service was very convenient!

The Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko
Outstanding stay at this beautiful lake side hotel. Fabulous breakfast and we also stayed for the grill buffet in the evening which was great. The onsen was great too with an amazing setting. Thank you.
