A place worth staying at

We had an amazing stay. The place was quite and very charming. The staff was so lovely and very helpful. They helped us arrange tour, felucca, sand board and we got a private tour of the Nubian village. They had excellent food as well. I would love to come back again

Its small hotel in Nubian village, basic by the standards of city hotels but warmth & hospitality of the staff & management was truly unforgettable. They made us feel as a family, going extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The views of Nile are breathtaking & location is in heart of the village, great place to stay

Being in the Nubian village experience, if you love do mingle with the locals this is the place. We really enjoyed our stay. It's not in the city center but that is a good thing you can get anywhere quickly with their boat shuttle service. Or car service, I prefer the boat , car is not as relaxing

The nice manager lady at the hotel

The hotel experience was very nice. The workers are so kind and so is the hostess. The AC is great and the room decore was beautiful and so is the view. There’s stores around and they have a great driver service. I very much recommend this hotel!

The property is located in Nubian village which is a great area but a little hard to get to via road . The staff were very friendly and kind to attend every need of yours . Only issue I had was no hot water in the shower but other than that even the food was cheap and pretty good. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting Aswan for a good deal as well price wise

The property itself was nice and there was a nice market downstairs. The staff was friendly. The beds were nice. However, we had a scary experience due to the driver that was sent to us from the hotel. We got in very late and the driver took a detour to some scary place to close down his business. Driver did not notify us or let us know anything. I was scared out of my mind.

Its quite far from the city centre. Difficult to access by car and deep down the village. As it is in the hill there are multiple steps to climc throughout the hotel. There was multiple steps even inside our room and I slipped. Anyone can get hurt especially in the night time. The decoration and lighting in the dining area was good. We enjoyed their food!

I have mixed feelings about this place. At the beginning they were very communicative and the airport pickup went well. However, on the way to the hotel they told me we would stop at a different hotel because the car couldn’t reach the Nubian Palace directly. The hotel we stopped at belonged to a cousin of theirs, and he told me—since I had a very early tour the next morning—that my tour wouldn’t be able to pick me up at the Nubian Palace. He convinced me to stay at the other hotel instead. It felt a bit sketchy, but we agreed. The next morning, my tour picked me up at the new location in a tuk-tuk, which would have worked just as well if I had stayed at the Nubian Palace. Because of that, I can’t help but feel like they played with me. I’m sure the Nubian Palace itself is great and the Nubian people are wonderful, but this experience left me with mixed feelings. I have to mention that Nubian Palace stopped communicating or didn’t even asked if I was going to arrive at all.

Excellent Experience and Hospitality

First of all, room is excellent. It has air conditioning and fridge. All amenities are good especially shampoo was great smell.Manager Sameh and other staffs are so kind and have a great hospitality. I arrived at 6pm but manager shows me around the Nubian Village. In the preschool real Nubian taught me the pronunciation of the number(1-10) both Arabic and Nubian way. It is a totally difference sound for me. Tomorrow morning, I need to leave at 4am to participate tour. Staff prepared the breakfast set for the ride. And there is a trouble with pick-up which is no related Nubian palace, just the tour guide issue. Staff is so kind for solving my issue. At end of the day, it was solved. There are definitely hospitalities in there.

Better to stay here than in Aswan city!

Incredible place and fully recommend. We stayed two nights and was a pleausre staying here. Staff was very kind, answered my million qurstions, helped organizing tpurs and transfers at a very reasonable price, and great food. Special mention to the great sunrise views.

Great authentic Nubian hotel in the Nubian village

The Nubian Palace was amazing! The staff were super helpful and kept the kitchen open for us to have a late night dinner. The place is very colorful and authentically decorated. It was quite an experience. We highly recommended it!

Great unique experience.

Very unique experience! Small hotel built in traditional Nubian style with "open air" living room, colourful walls. Great restaurant with the view over the river Nile, tasty breakfast and dinner. 2 minutes walk from the local market, where you can rent a small boat to visit one of the islands.

The road to get here is a mess. There was no running water, warm or cold i. The morning. Dogs bark loudly all night. It's like camping without water.

En nuestro caso se encargaron de gestionarnos salidas y recorridos vía terrestre en vehículos tipo sprinter con aire acondicionado a los sitios de interés en Asuan-Luxor, así como Traslado en aeropuerto siempre pendientes de nuestra comodidad, cuentan con un restaurante donde la Comida es riquísima, tras recorrer las ciudades más emblemáticas del país y en diferentes tipos de estancias, considero que este ha sido el lugar más increíble de todos.
