"Wonderful stay. Lovely kaiseki dinner. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hot spings were clean and very relaxing after a long day walking and driving. Oh and the view from the room in the morning across the valley was stunning"

"Excellent place to stay! Great views and a true traditional Japanese Ryokan. The garden is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The building is quite old and full of history which adds to the charm. Would stay again. "

"This was the second hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Osaka. I was there for two nights on the 29th floor. The room was amazing and offered a great view overlooking Namba Park and what I believe was Den Den Town. The Christmas decorations being set up were a nice touch, and I appreciated being invited to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony as well."
"The hotel location is excellent. The staffs are very helpful, polite and courteous. The room is clean and if requested they change the bedsheets. Not all amenities were provided especially for facial treatment. "
