Super easy booking, superior with follow up questions, and received an immediate response when we reached out to tell them the batteries in the smoke alarm needed to be replaced. SUPER CLEAN, and filtered water was nice. Walked to restaurants

Fantastic, charming, great location!

We loved it -- great location, right on the water and so close to downtown. We walked everywhere. The kitchen was well-stocked and the bedrooms and baths were very cozy. Nice to have a washing machine, too. Great place! We will be back!

Great Stay Along Astoria Waterfront

We enjoyed our two nights in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in downtown Astoria. The convenient trolley runs right past the building (from 11 am to 5 pm). The track / boardwalk is perfect for a morning walk to a coffee shop. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Astoria short stay

Cute town!! Trolley worth it! (Only $1). Converted from old warehouse and done well. Great location to walk but also drove down to coast beaches. Beautiful state

Long needed getaway!

We have not gone anywhere as a family since before Covid. This was exactly what we needed. The location was great and the style absolutely beautiful. We had wonderful weather as well so couldn’t ask for anything more!

Astoria condo

Very nice 2br2ba condo. Only negative was tv in main br did not work or cable was not attached or set up. Stay was for weekend wedding of a friend’s daughter. Condo is near river with great view and walking distance to everything we did that weekend. Very secure. Would stay again.

Wonderful place!

The property was BEAUTIFUL and such a great location! We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We were able to check in a bit early, which was wonderful! I loved that the kitchen was stocked with several spices, a variety of teas, coffee, sugar, etc, but my favorite thing about the kitchen was that though it was well stocked as far as utensils, pots, pans, etc, not every cupboard/drawer was packed full (in fact, several were empty) so there was actually a place to put food/snacks. Amazing! We were there in February, so the fact that the master bath had a heated floor was a nice bonus and the soaking tub was amazing (especially after a long day on my feet!) We visit Astoria often and will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Superb Birthday Getaway

The outside is industrial looking because it is a refurbished older warehouse style building on the waterfront. It is a locked door for entry with keypad so felt secure and door to the condo on 2nd floor also has keypad entry. The old floors in entry and hallways are beautifully redone. Condo was decorated with antiques mixed with new and was very tastefully decorated. High end appliances in kitchen which is very well supplied with all you need to cook anything. Strong Wi-Fi signal for social media use. Close to downtown, stores, restaurants and entertainment. Can leave car locked up and walk to anything. Highly recommended.

Astoria

Wonderful location next to river walk/trolley & close to downtown. Throughly enjoyed downtown Art Walk & Farmers Market. Lucky us to have beautiful sunsets & weather for many walks along river. Manager communication positive, e.g. exted me with an update when power went out all over town. The two bd unit is roomy & well suited for two couples. There is a constant hum from brewery next door but with windows closed at night you won’t hear it. We enjoyed watching the boats on the river from the window. Wishes: that there was a table to eat at instead of a high counter, more kitchen supplies such as a colander, bread cutting knife, spatula. View out living room window includes building across the walkway but we also enjoyed the river view & watching the big boats pass by.

We had a great stay in Astoria at this beautiful and well-equipped 2 br/2 ba condo in downtown by the wharf. It is located close to both shopping and dining and was a great spot to have access to all that the city offers. It was extremely clean. The directions provided by the host were spot on. Highly recommended!

Neat Remodeled Warehouse

What a fabulous place to stay. Very central but not noisy. The trolley does go by so you hear the bell but only 11-5. So close to the water and this is the only unit with a balcony facing the Columbia. The unit was spacious and clean. Well equipped with linens, blankets, and hair dryer. Very clean and cozy. I will definitely stay again.

The condo is unique, a remodeled factory building just off of the river in an industrial zone. We enjoyed our stay but light sleepers may have a problem with the 24-7 noise of the ventilation system from the neighboring industrial building which also totally blocks the river view from the bedroom. There is however another smaller bedroom so there are optioms. Overall a good choice, spacious and well appointed.
