"Check in is a bit far from the unit, and has very specific check in times, we were driving from Barcelona and made it just in time. However, when we arrived at the unit we couldn't get the key to work - we contacted the mgmt company but they were already closed. Thankfully we were able to get the key to work after about 30 minutes of trying. I would suggest checking in at the beginning of the check in time if possible so if you have any questions you can get answers (I think they are also closed...

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff , it is a bit out of the old town but a buses stop right outside the no 16 take you to the centre of town .Taxis as very good and do not cost to much easy to get as well ."

"Pros: - Very helpful and friendly staff. They had a printed listed of recommended restaurants and went through a map with us on check in, and also discussed upcoming events. Ordered taxis for us as well. - Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and a spa that you have complimentary access to but have to schedule, Did not use these Cons: - Further from the action than I realized. 8 min walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to everything else - Felt sort of like an upgraded motel. Did not feel particularly nice, even with an upgraded room. - Extremely minimal storage in room and horrible lighting in bathroom - Housekeeping was sub-par, did not replace amenities like bars of soap in the bathroom In summary, experience was fine but I would stay somewhere else next time."

"We traveled as a family of six and booked two rooms at the NH Collection San Sebastián. It was an absolutely excellent stay! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Ondarreta Beach (which, in my opinion, is the best beach in Donostia) and about 7 minutes from Mount Igueldo. The on-site restaurant is delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property for families!"

"I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I can’t because of how difficult it was to find parking when we arrived. We spent a long time driving around looking for a space, and it was honestly quite frustrating. That said, once we got to the guesthouse, our experience was very good. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it had air conditioning, a minibar, and complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The location is another plus, as it’s only about a 15 minute drive from San Sebastián. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but the parking situation is a serious issue that future guests should be aware of. If parking were easier, this would easily be a 5 star experience."
