Good place to stay in Asti. The hotel is close to the train station and also close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.

This hotel in Asti is excellent. Friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour front desk which was super helpful because I only got to the hotel after midnight, clean, spacious room for European standards and a very comfortable washroom. It’s a 5min walk from the train station and has restaurants and shopping around the corner (1 min walk). Highly recommend staying here when in Asti

Stayed for one night as travelling Back to the uk. Hotel in a good location with secure underground parking. Room was well appointed with a kettle and fridge. Air conditioning worked but it was very hot when we were there, gluten free offerings at Breakfast

Good location but rooms are outdated

The hotel Staff is amazing the location is great- the room is not so. The bathroom did not have basic amenities as conditioner or body lotion, toothbrush that should be there. No outlet for phone charger and no blanket in a 4star hotel.

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was our dark room. The walls were painted black and the headboard and bed spread were red. There was a window in the corner but with dark heavy curtains and if we opened the blind, it would be closed when we got back to our room. Every time we opened the door to the room it was pitch dark! My husband called it the vampire room. We prefer at least a little natural light. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. We will probably stay here again, but only if we get a room with more natural light.

Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville avec possibilité de stationnement à proximité. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait. ¨Personnel à la hauteur. Seul bémol, le fonctionnement de la télé est tellement compliqué que nous avons dû renoncer (mais le personnel nous a assuré le lendemain matin que le système allait bientôt changer).

Hotel “rumoroso”

Sicuramente il personale è gentilissimo, lo è stato sia all’arrivo che al check out. La stanza invece era da rimodernare, soprattutto negli arredi della camera. Il bagno, per quanto datato, sicuramente meglio della camera. In particolare le camere tra loro sono scarsamente insonorizzate: ho sentito molto forte un vicino che è stato al telefono fino all’una, mi sono ovviamente addormentato dopo. Salvo poi essere svegliato dallo scarico della cassetta di risciacquo dello stesso vicino, verso le 5: sembrava di averla sul letto. Unica nota veramente positiva, la gentilezza del personale…

Tout juste bon pour une étape

Hôtel vieillot, chambre propre mais tout est vieux, salle de bain ancienne pas de pression. Linges entassés les un sur les autres aucun effort de deco sauf quelques machins poussiéreux et couvre lit usé on dirait qu’il est sale. Une television plus petite qu’un ordinateur portable avec un système satellite comme je n’en avais plus vu depuis des années! Climatisation poussive. Bref pas un 4 étoiles. Ou disons ce n’est plus un 4 mais un 3 au maximum, au moins ça semble propre malgré les mouches dans la chambre et l’entrée. Bon petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel expéditif (meme pas une proposition d’information sur l’environnement…) Centre accessible à pied et garage couvert.

Séjour sportif

Séjour dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive de 2jours en Italie. Chambre très spacieuse mais gros bémol sur l'isolation phonique. Nous étions au 3eme étage et pourtant nous entendions la rue comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes malgré le double vitrage. Idem pour ce qui se passe dans les autres chambres, on entend les portes qui claquent et le voisin éternuer
