"Staff although speaking very limited English, were extremely nice and as helpful as they could be. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. I actually stayed here for a total of 13 nights. Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. "

"The hotel rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. However, communication can be quite challenging as the staff do not speak English, which makes it difficult for international guests. Housekeeping is only available upon request and usually takes place quite late in the afternoon (after 4 pm). Even then, the service is limited to providing fresh towels, and other essentials such as soap need to be specifically requested. During our three-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed. The...
