Housekeeping is only available upon request and usually takes place quite late in the afternoon (after 4 pm). "Room was fine, but didn't have a safe (which was advertised to have). The WiFi was decent. Unfortunately bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there isn't much sound proofing between walls and so can hear people talking and moving around. "

"Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. "
