"The hotel rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. However, communication can be quite challenging as the staff do not speak English, which makes it difficult for international guests. Housekeeping is only available upon request and usually takes place quite late in the afternoon (after 4 pm). "Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. For the price, I have zero complaints and am very happy. Id stay here again, I dont mind that its a bit old, it has character and there is lots of cheap food walking distance. "
