"House not ready for rental. Filled with personal items all over. The pool was not safe and not cleaned properly. The filter system was disconnected. We had to leave the house after 2 hours because we could not stay there."

"Arrived at property, looked clean in lounge but not wow factor. Was an empty fridge, but could have been thoughtful if they could have put a bottle of water for us.
