The room was in a great location, close to the Basilica, and easy to find. Only, the check in was a bit hard, because no-one on site and took a long time to arrive.

The location was good particularly if you were driving since the parking is very close. It's a climb on foot, but everything is in Assisi. The only downside was that there was no WiFi in our room. I could get it out on the street, but that wasn't useful.

Great B&B in this beautiful hilly town.
This was a great B&B in the heart of this beautiful hilly town. Should of took a cab from the bottom or use the bus and walk down. Only regret was that it did not have a view like advertised. Otherwise, it was great!

Beautiful and cosy B&B
We had a wonderful time at this B&B in Assisi. Our only regret is that we only spent one night here. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was straightforward, but tasty and filling. All the little details made this a unique and cosy spot to stay in Assisi. It is also right near St Francis basilica, which was perfect.

No one at the property to check you in
Tired from walking with our luggage we knocked on the door, no one, Had to ask a passerby in my broken italian to call the # on the reservation, I had no phone service in Europe. 40 min for someone to come by. Person came rushed us in and left. Needed wifi code had no other way to contact owner except using a land phone in the kitchen. Awful stressful experience

In ogni caso comunque sottolineo che le procedure del ckein sono chiaramente indicate nella prenotazione -qualora avesse effettivamente utilizzato Hotel.com - e dal suo narrato credo si riferisca ad un tardivo arrivo non segnalato preventivamente come da noi richiesto. Considering the options in Assisi, this place provides a good value. The room is small and the bathroom downstairs, but everything is clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast but poor wi-fi.

Soggiorno perfetto! A due passi dalla basilica di San Francesco, nel pieno centro. La camera è accogliente e comoda. Colazione fantastica e abbondante. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

조용한 곳
위치가 너무 멀어요 버스를 내려서 엄청난 오르막을 캐리어를 끌고 올라가야해요 조식 포함이라고 했는데 가서 물어보니 따로 돈을 내야한다고 해서 당황했네요

O local é excelente. Apenas devo mencionar que não há recepção, então você terá que telefonar ao chegar no hotel para receber a chave. No meu caso, cheguei mais cedo, mesmo assim me receberam prontamente. Muito bom em tudo.

Bellissima casa in posizione perfetta
La casa è molto bella e accogliente, curata nei particolari, in posizione fantastica a quattro passi dalla basilica di San Francesco, molto pulita e attrezzata, solo la cucina manca di alcune attrezzature, ma la proprietaria molto gentilmente le ha fornite su nostra richiesta. Una bellissima esperienza da ripetere

Ein herziges Zimmer mitten in der Altstadt Assisis
Eine schoene uebernachtung im Herzen Assisis, wunderbar! Der check in war nett, hilfreich, das zimmer suess, bequem und schoen dekoriert, ein sehr schoenes modernes Badezimmer, und das beste, wir waren mittendrin in der Altstadt, nur ein Paar minuten zu fuss von der Basilica und von dem Hauptplatz. Das oeffentlichen Parkplatz war auch sehr nah, perfekt! Wir haben das Fruehstueck extra gebucht, wirklich das Geld wert und von einer ganz netten Frau serviert, wir sagen danke fuer alles, bis zum naechsten mal!!

Bella camera, ben raccontata dal titolo del bed and breakfast. Peccato la lunga attesa per il check in motivata dal fatto che ci fosse cosa al negozio... aspetto da migliorare assolutamente.

Quando chegamos ninguém nos recebeu, ninguém nos atendeu. Um casal, na segunda vez que fomos para lá, entrou em contato com o proprietário, que nos acomodou em outro hotel. Muita falta de organização e respeito.

Quarto maravilhoso
O local é maravilhoso, super aconchegante e confortável. Decoração romântica e de bom gosto...parecia que tinha entrado num cenário de filme, realmente me surpreendeu. Tudo preparado com muito capricho. É preciso ter atenção com o checkin, que não é no mesmo local. As pessoas em Assis são simpáticas e amáveis. Adorei tudo!

チェックイン時間にいってもチェックイン出来なかった
部屋はとてもきれいで、朝食もヨーロッパ風のとても満足できるものでしたが、チェックイン2時から出来るはずが、結局６時にになっても誰もおらず、夕食食べた所にお願いして電話してもらい泊まれました。

일단 스텝이 굉장히 러블리 !주인은 한번도 못만나 봤는데 스텝이 친절하고 착하고 사랑스러워요 계속 뭔가 해주려고 하고 웃으면서 다니고 ! 그리고 청소도 완전 청결 깨끗깨끗 아침식사가 굉장히 잘 차려져서 나오니 꼭 드세요 유럽식 제대로 된 호텔에서 차려주듯이 나와요 ! 화장실도 깨끗하고 방도 예쁘고!전 여러모로 맘에 들었습니다 프란체스코 성당과 아주 가까워요 오르막길이 장난아니지만 아씨시 자체가 오르막이 많으니 생각하시고 오셔야 합니다 그러나 저녁에 보는 야경운 내 인생 야경! 정말예뻐요 숙소도 맘에드는데 view 예뻐서 힘들면서 숙소 올라가도 너무좋음! 그게 싫으신 분들은 아씨시 말고 그 아래 역근처에 호텔 많으니 그곳에 잡길 바랍니다 왜냐면 전 배낭메고 갔으나 캐리어 끌고 올라가면 아마 부적절한 언어가 나올지 모릅니다 그래도 오는날 하루 가는날 하루 가는날은 내리막이니까! 그것만 참으시면 너무나 평화로운 아씨시에서 마음의 평안도 얻고 예쁜 야경도 얻고 덤으로 예쁜숙소와 맛난 아침식사와 즐거운 스텝분들로 여행이 더 즐거울 거예요! 아니 왜자꾸 난 쓴게없는데 부적절한 언어가 있다는거야 짜증나는 호텔스닷컴 후기을 못쓰겠네 ㅡㅡ

No apto para personas con dificultades motrices
Lo bueno: La habitación muy confortable y con una decoración estilo romántico. La vista de la ventana es espectacular al valle. El desayuno exquisito, y la persona que nos atendió fue muy cordial y amable. Lo malo: El baño poseía hongos en el techo del mismo. Se hace difícil el acceso para personas con movilidad reducida.

어마어마한 돌계단과 조식
비오는 날이었어서..ㅠ 캐리어 들고 돌계단 오르는 거 매우 힘들었습니다ㅠ 주인 아주머니 짱 친절하시구요! 3층 트윈룸 썻는데 매우 좁아요..ㅎㅎ 화장실은 1층 부엌에 있어서 좀 멀엇너요 와따가따하기ㅠ 위치는 프란체스코 성당에서 걸어서 5분 정도 걸리는데 프란체스코 성당 지나서가야 빠른고 돌아가면 완전 멀어서..ㅠ 성당 지나가실때 짐검사하느라 캐리어 펼쳐야 되서 당황스러웟습니다ㅠ 담날아침 조식주시는데 조식 진심 최고예여ㅠㅠㅠ 빵이랑 치즈랑 요거트랑 잼 커피 차 살라미 이런거 있는데 진쨔 맛잇어요 살라미빼구 하튼 여기 저는 츄천이여 갈땨는 계단땜시 힘들엇는대 내려갈때는 올라온길 말고 다른 편하게 내려가는 계단 없는 길 있어서 잘 내려왔숩니당

전반적으로 좋았지만 아쉬운 숙소
주인 분들이 숙소에 살고 계시지 않아 열쇠 받을 시간을 메일로 주고 받았는데 약속한 시간 보다 15분정도 늦었는데 기분 좋게 기다려 주셔서 감사했습니다. 침대가 많이 꺼져서 불편했지만 전체적으로 깔끔하고 부엌 인테리어가 너무 아기자기하게 예뻤어요.. 다만 방에 있던 커피 포트에 있던 물찌꺼기? 곰팡이? 같은 거 때문에 찝찝했네요.... 그리고 이 숙소는 트윈베드 방보다 더블 베드 방이 좋더라구요...전 트윈 베드 예약했는데 같은 가격이면 꼭 더블 베드 하세요! 밥은 주인 분이 아니라 알바생(?)이 주셨는데 토스트랑 요거트 등 등 유럽식으로 주셨는데 맛있게 잘 먹었어요.. 다만 알바생이 체크 아웃 후로 30분도 짐을 안 맡아 주셔서 아씨시 더 오래 있고 싶었는데 그냥 로마로 돌아올 수 밖에 없었네요..
