  • This small cozy townhouse is located in the heart of Assens town in the middle of several small cozy townhouses. It was built at the end of the 19th century and has been gently renovated on a regular basis. The house is arranged on two levels, accessed by a steep staircase with handrails. The first floor offers a good bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room with dining area. Access to the house either from the street or behind the house, where you can also park with 2 cars. Separate annex with 2 good bedrooms as well as a bathroom. The property is fenced, which makes it optimal for dog owners to take the dog on a city trip. There is internet in the house and it is possible to stream content via Chromecast.

    The house is within walking distance of the child-friendly beach, marina, and town harbor. Also, good shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and cultural experiences are not far.
