Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Great staycation, recommend half board option, food was delicious and abundant. The premier lounge is convenient but a bit restricted in food and drinks timing and dress code etiquette.
The spa facilities are a must.
I wish the pool had a pool bar.
My very spacious room, which I loved, had a huge Bath tub, tub salt and bubbles are not provided.

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard.
I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after
