"Bathroom was kind of gross and there were burn marks on the countertop--guessing either cigarette or curling iron. Right off the boardwalk, so convenient location, but a bit far from the busiest areas with all the restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly."

"The best part was the beachfront view!! The place needs updating really bad. There was a really bad stain on the sofa, and hair on the bed sheets. The ceiling was atrocious. Also, I would move the beds near the balcony door. The balcony was filthy as well. It is a pet friendly property. You couldn't tell that pets are allowed. Not sure I would go back."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Olivia Nash, at the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and kind. All of the other staff we encountered were wonderful as well. The room was a good size and was clean. We loved the ocean view room...but be aware that Hyatt puts dividers between the "bedroom section" and "living room" section, so you cannot see the ocean from the bed. I moved the furniture around and slept on the sleep-sofa so I could fall asleep and wake to the ocean view. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was tasty. The staff tried to keep up with replenishing the food, but sometimes we had to go up multiple times to try to get a pancake, waffle, or yogurt. The hotel's location is great, as it is right on the Ocean City Boardwalk. The indoor pool makes it a good choice in the off-season!"
