"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"This lake house was impeccably clean and the hosts were lovely to work with! If a question popped up they were quick with an answer. The house is absolutely adorable and clearly meticulously cared for. Super impressed! Will be returning in the future, I'm sure! "

"Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford."

"We had a great early November getaway at Conestoga Ranch & Lodge. Plenty of room for 7 of us and lots of great amenities. The inside is very well decorated and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Enjoyed the basement game room, the excellent fire pit area and the spacious backyard. The place was spotless when we arrived and also enjoyed the availability of some basic kitchen staples like spices, sugar, foil, etc.. Having a commercial grade pizza oven was also awesome. Host was super responsive to texts. Would definitely return if visiting the area."
