"Very confusing luggage storage process. Need the apps with mis-leading information. The staff need to take care shop business so she can't help at all. We paid the storage which should be free for the guest. Then the manager claimed we chose the wrong option - it is the insurance for luggage and refused to refund us"

"Centrally located, a few minutes walk from the train station which was ideal as we arrived close to midnight. Immaculately presented rooms, a stunning reception - and the sauna, steam room and spa facilities were great to visit after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant and cocktail bar both delivered a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend!"
