"Nice location and ideal for large groups but not enough staff was available to make our stay memorable. The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. Also, be aware there is an additional tax ONLY for Peruvians and they are very welcoming to them. If you are a foreigner staff is very suspicious and make your stay unwelcoming. "

There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. "Hello, Our stay was not good at all. In fact, we decided to leave a day early. Let me start by saying the house was super dirty. The floors were dirty, I found dirty pans, full of rust as if they hadnt been used in years. There were cob webs on the dining room chairs and the sheets were dirty in the main bedroom. The most frustrating was that there was little electricity. We ran the fans because it was so hot at night and there was not enough potency or watts to run the fan on, it would turn...
