Tiny House #2 - Spacious & Modern "Tiny Home" with 2 bdrms - Lakefront Property!

  • Tiny House #2 at the Stow Cottages at Chautauqua - This airy two bedroom "tiny home" is settled directly on beautiful Chautauqua Lake! Part of the Stow Cottages at Chautauqua, our mini resort has a beautiful lakefront lawn, private boat docks, fire pits, picnic tables, and even a little beach where you can dip your toes into the water! Tiny House #2 is quite spacious, despite its name. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and living room with 2 sofa beds. This cottage has been recently updated, so expect all modern amenities and decor! A New A/C System was installed in the summer of 2026! (Wall Mounted Mini-splits). We are located just steps from the historic Stow Ferry, which provides convenient (and quaint) access to Bemus Point for dining and shopping.
