We love this home!

Our 4th year staying here, it's the perfect place for our annual book club weekend. It's so comfortable, clean and cozy. Plenty of room and everything you can possibly need is there. And the view is spectacular!

Eagle's nest on the lake

Very happy with our stay on Lake Erie. The outside bar came in very handy and we really enjoyed the fire pit and bald eagle watching!

Lake get-away

Nine women came to stay at this property. We found the house charming, well stocked, and clean. We especially enjoyed getting to know Ashtabula and the park across the way. It has a tremendous lake view, a generous yard, and spacious parking.

Wonderful Girls Getaway

Perfect for extended family

My sisters and their families joined us for a week in Ashtabula. We were there to honor our parents, who had passed. The house was big enough for all of us to be together, yet also had places where we could each get away for quiet reflection when needed. The hosts were extremely nice! The view is beautiful and relaxing, and the porch/outdoor grill area is absolutely perfect!

Awesome Property for a Girls Weekend

This house was just what we needed for the 5 of us. It could have easily held 5 more! It's so nice to walk into a property and need absolutely nothing other than your clothes and groceries. It was very well appointed and maintained! We would stay here again.

Awesome house right on Lake Erie. It was a wonderful weekend.

We had 6 ladies for a girl's week. The house and property, were perfect. Close to covered bridges and wineys. Kim the owner was great. Such a beautiful house right on Lake Erie. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house and very comfortable stay

What a beautiful house and such a comfortable stay! We had a family get together and everyone enjoyed it so much. Enjoyed the views from the house. It was a little cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor much. But the stay was so comfortable we loved staying home the entire weekend. Kids loved the board games. The views from the sun room was beautiful

Perfect Weekend getaway

I can’t say enough good things about this home and/or the hosts. The hosts were wonderful and were easy to communicate with. We were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. My husband was very excited to use the outdoor kitchen and it did not disappoint. The location of the home is stunning. We never wanted to leave. We will definitely be returning.

This is the 4th year we have stayed at this beautiful home. We are a book club group of 10 older ladies. The accommodations are perfect for us! The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is high end and pretty. The house is immaculate and the owners are so responsive although there is a binder in the house with everything you could ever think of! We love the outdoor kitchen and the Adirondack chairs. We already rented this house for next year !!! You won’t be disappointed

Perfect getaway!

There are not enough word to describe all the tiny details that went into the perfection of this locations! Stan met us, even though we arrived late at night and in the rain, to greet us and make sure we got all settled in and felt comfortable and safe. All rooms were decorated, supplied and accommodated to meet any needs you might have! The living room was the perfect cozy spot to watch the fall waves on the lake. Every guest in our party noticed new details and we all shared our disbelief that our hosts could possibly think of everything! Our only wish is we could have stayed longer. The checkout process was quick, easy and all the things you would do as a good guest anyways. We loved our stay and are already planning our next trip!

Our favorite family trip so far!

My husband and I take both sides of our immediate family on a long weekend getaway every summer and this was by far our favorite. The communication with Kim and Stan was excellent. The check in process was seamless. The house was very clean. And THE VIEW was incredible. We saw beautiful sunsets and pretty much spent all of our time in the backyard and on the back deck. The outdoor setup couldn’t have been more perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet, but also close enough that we could easily get to the strip so the grandparents could watch the kiddos and the parents could go out for a bit! There were so many little things within the house that really added a “special touch” to our experience and make it stand out from other places we have been. We have been trying to find a property and location that we love so that we can just book the same house every year for our trip and I think this will be that place!

Love love love this house!

First of all, the owners are very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. We are a group of 11 ladies to get together once a year. We had the good fortune to find this home a year ago and rented it a second time! It was perfect last year and even got better this year with a built-in outdoor kitchen! There are six bedrooms, a very large dining room table, an extremely comfortable living room and a wraparound outdoor porch with lots of tables, seating and a beautiful view of the lake! There is nothing missing from this house! The beds are So comfortable. The bedding is very nice and there are phone chargers in almost every room. This is just a spectacular house and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and we have already booked it again for our annual getaway next year! Thank you Kim and Stan for sharing your beautiful home with us!
