  • Welcome to this recently renovated 3 bedroom house located in the Ashtabula Harbor.
    It is in walking distance to The Historical Bridge street (About 3/8 of a mile) where all the wonderful shops and restaurants are. This spacious 3 bedroom house has all new beds and bedding, brand new appliances and a good size main bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a nice quaint bathroom with shower. The living room features reclining couches and a 65 inch smart tv. All bedrooms have smart TV’s with Roku. It has a front sunroom, a back patio and a fire pit. There is room in the driveway for a few cars or a truck and a boat.

Recently renovated, very clean and in a nice location. Very close to a great lakefront park with a nice beach and short drive to the harbor/marina. Kevin made check-in a breeze and was fast with communication. This will be my Ashtabula go to when I want to go back.
