This is not downtown, but it is a good location that splits the difference between the airport and CBD. I walk, and it’s an easy (but longish) walk to the city center. Bus service is also frequent, and there is direct service to both the CBD and airport. It’s super clean, super quiet, and very comfy. It has a kitchenette. It’s overall a great spot.

Rooms are clean. TV is not working that well but its not bothering us. Staff is helpful. Hotel is near to Christchurch Cathedral, walking distance to Riverside Market.
