"Great views, awesome room, and great owners. They went above and beyond making our stay fantastic. All staff encountered were extremely polite and helpful. We loved the property’s gear shop, balcony views and paddle boards and kayaks."
"Extremely noisy, we were next to the elevator. Complained, but never moved us. Needed to leave early, and breakfast didn't start till 7:00am. Bathroom shampoo container was totally empty also. Would never stay there again."
"Third party (like Expedia) still have pictures and list features of this hotel that have not been there since 2024. It advertises as a waterpark, despite not being such since 2024. I was charged/paid $280 per night for what I thought would have included a waterpark. "Cottage 4 was a blend of rustic charm and recent updates. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We were a party of two, but it would have been roomy for four. The hosts’ welcome gift of local ice cream was a bonus.
The location worked well for us. It was just off the highway, but quiet; and we had easy drives to explore towns and trails in the area."
"Such a quaint and quiet inn located on the beautiful shore of Lake Superior. Very peaceful and relaxing as you enjoy the shoreline view overlooking the marina. Lakeshore walking path, Ernie restaurant next door. Beautiful area to explore. Bayside is only 10 miles away. We enjoyed our stay !"
