About this property
Quiet and peaceful cottage close to downtown
- Come retreat in our oasis during your stay in Ashland! Charming 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, tucked away from the busy boulevard, with a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our cottage is over 1000 square feet and has a full kitchen and comfortable living space. There is a pullout couch that converts to a full size, flexsteel (no metal bar running down the middle like most sofa beds) bed. Upstairs is a beautiful queen size bed, with high quality linen's, a feather bed topper, full bath, sitting area, and an office space. Downstairs has a cozy living space, well stocked kitchen, sofa bed, and additional full bath. Lots of privacy for two couples or family members. Each story is over 500sf and filled with light from the abundance of windows. There's off street parking and it's an easy walk to downtown!
