"If you are a smoker and a budget traveler, this is a great option. The entire hotel smells like smoke, ashtrays in the room and all the curtains are full of the smell of smoke. The bed is wet low quality and uncomfortable. The breakfast is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"I stayed at the Jaffa many times this last couple of years but this is the first time since the change from Marriott to there current management it definitely took a hit in excellent service. I stayed during Yom Kippur for my girlfriends birthday try to get a hold of the front desk to make some details added didn’t get any one helpful or competent on the phone. When I arrived the pool was closed,no valet service and a skeleton crew working the next two day. The front desk wasn’t particularly welcoming and helpful as been my experience every stay I had there. Asked for a late check out which I have been offered and accommodated complementary in all my stays to enjoy the day and pool since it was closed the last two days. I offered to pay they denied and told me the room was needed. Not worth the money I paid for my stay. I expect an experience of excellence that’s what has drawn me back time and time again the staff was incredible welcoming, polite and made sure of a great experience from start to end. Didn’t experience that remotely this time just paid for it but didn’t receive it. "

"A picture-perfect hotel built upon a historic site while preserving all of the history of the location. You feel as if you are back in time along with the amazing luxuries the property has to offer. "
"A fantastic hotel which is host to wonderful staff, a very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful team.
The rooms are great and implement lovely artistic decor to a cosy room, the bed was very comfortable and firm, allowing for a healthy rest. The room also have refrigerator and safe and shower is amazing too.
The hotel has 24 hour reception desk and also offers complimentary breakfast, hot drinks and pastries which are delicious with a nice cup of tea 😊
Transport links are a 30 second walk away, the tramline is literally 20 steps away from the main entrance. The accessibility to the main entrance is very clear which allows for a taxi drops off or collections.
The main entrance has a staircase or elevator for those with too much luggage to carry up the stairs.
I would recommend to stay here, most certainly. I would definitely stay again in the future."
"Literally The Best hotel in Bat Yam .Views are stunning Located just on the beach across the street ,quiet area .Public transportation near by .We used Gett app for taxi which is affordable
Staff is very friendly ,trying accommodate above and beyond with any needs .Hotel is very clean , just recently opened .I think it was a good idea to have breakfast which had many choices /decent food .But there is a very nice cafe on the first floor of same building ,so if you breakfast coffee and croissant maybe it makes sense for you . Along the beach area there are several restaurants for lunch and dinner .We enjoyed every minute spent there "
"An incredible stay - now my go-to property in Tel Aviv. The hotel is modern and stylish and the pods are really well designed. You are less than a minute from the beach with views from the hotel. "
"I loved the garden attached to the room. The hammock was really nice. The inside of the property was well-renovated. The property was hard to find, however. We drove past it a couple of times because we didn't see the sign on the door. And, the road right in front of the property is relatively busy, so it didn't feel very walking-friendly. However, there is a park across the street that is very nice and quiet. "
