The Homestay Room was clean and modern. It is close to a petrol station convience store. A pub and take away is in walking distance. Ciara checked me in and was accomodating. I had difficulty using the house key and shower controls due to my infamiliarity. All said I enjoyed my stay in Ballyboughal.

Really enjoyed staying at the Gresham. Rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable! Beds were great! Very nice linens. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Location was perfect! 15-minute walk to Trinity College, Grafton Street and Temple Bar area as well as other places of interest. The airport bus stops right outside the front door! You can't ask for more than that!!
Buffet breakfast was amazing - so many choices! Highly recommend! Thanks Gresham - I will be back!!

The hotel was nice, but basic. We felt safe, and it was within ample walking distance to local shops, the Temple Bar District, and other amenities.
The service staff and front desk went above and beyond when I left my headphones in the hotel room and called to see if they were there and could hold them for me until I returned the following week. They not only found my headphones, but saved them in their safe until our departure since we were traveling on the other side of the country. I would recommend based on convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service.

This place was amazing! We stayed in 6 different places while in Ireland and this was our favorite! It even beats Waterford Castle! Everything about it was great…. The staff, the customers, the room, the food! Thank you Chester Beatty Inn!

The home was very well equipped and exceeded our expectations. The only hiccup was when we were checking in. We didn't have WiFi so I wasn't able to access the code to obtain the keys. Fortunately the property manager showed up and all was good.
