Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff.
