Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bath, beautifully restored Victorian from 1900, with 7 gas fireplaces (including the master bath). In delightful historic Montford, with mountain views, and blocks from the heart of downtown Asheville. Beautiful and private English gardens with coy pond and water feature, wrap around porch, and walking distance to the Greenway, parks, Whole Foods, and Trader Joes. Chef's kitchen, large dining room (with fireplace), two butler pantries, reception area, and master suite with bath, on main floor. Three baths and two bedrooms on second floor (including a master suite with luxury three head glass shower and fire place), meditation room plus a theatre, mini kitchen, full bath, and office on third floor. Air conditioning throughout. 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and Grove Park Inn. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway, mountain lakes, and waterfalls.
