Enjoy stunning mountain views from almost every room in this updated cottage. Great outdoor spaces including large front deck, hot tub, covered patio area, gas grilling area and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Indoor, gather together in this open floor plan with electric fireplace. Three bedrooms plus foyer area with twin daybed. Do note this home only has one bathroom. Home backs to National forest with trail head for miles of hiking/biking just 1/2 mile away. Downtown Asheville is approx. 15 minutes. Biltmore House 20 minutes. Asheville Outlets 10 minutes.
