A fusion of art deco and modern luxury, the immaculate interior has two smart TVs and all-new furnishings. Featuring the largest outdoor balconies in the city, this rental also offers alfresco dining, in-unit laundry, and reserved garage parking. The open-concept living area is fitted with a smart TV and a Murphy bed. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen. When it's time to dine, the kitchen island seats everyone for meals. The luxe suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a smart TV. Perfect location!

This beautiful condo was the perfect spot for our first trip to Asheville. Just steps from many breweries, shops and restaurants. The huge balcony was cool and comfortable for morning coffee or a nightcap. Would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back again!

Great place to stay in downtown Asheville!

My wife and I had a great weekend in Asheville at this property. We were in town for a concert and had stayed in the building previously, but it was just as nice the second time around! The apartment is extremely clean and spacious, and the building and parking garage are very secure. It's walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, breweries, and the heart of downtown. 10/10 would stay there again!

Couldn't have been better for us. Parking was very convenient and safe. The location is an easy walk to endless shopping, bars/breweries, and restaurants. Apartment is very modern and clean w/ a big balcony. No reason to look anywhere else if this place is available when you want to go to Asheville.

This dog friendly condo is beautiful

We were hoping to find a nice dog friendly condo near the restaurants we love and many of the breweries and we found it. Also an easy drive to anything else we had on our itinerary. This unit is so clean and beautiful, the balcony is incredible and adds so much more living space. We so appreciated being able to bring both our dogs, not easy to find nice places that allow them both in city. The condo had everything we needed, many extra supplies and towels, not just starters for a day or two. Have laughed when people review places and say they really don’t want to let others know how great a rental is so it will be available to rent again, our turn to say this. Cannot wait to venture back to Asheville and would love to stay again.

Great location In Ashville NC

Great place & location but we did not have AC the first 2 nights. The property team was responsive but it took 2 days to get the AC working. They local team offered compensation and now I'm still waiting to hear the final outcome 2 weeks later. Also the parking garage code was slightly different than the door code to enter the building, also frustrating after a long day of travel.

Convenient Downtown Condo

This condo was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We didn't have to use the car when visiting downtown Asheville's many fine restaurants and shops. We're both in our 70's and it was a fairly easy uphill walk going into town. We had one issue concerning the condo, but management responded and remedied the situation. One thing to note, in the condo description it states there is construction taking place across the street, however it is right next door to the building.
