Perfect spring break locale

Great spot for a weekend/weeklong vacation. Easy access, well appointed and quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the new murals and comfortable living style.

Cute property

The house was very cute and well maintained. Location was great, only took a star off because the roads to get there are a bit narrow if you have a bigger vehicle. The check out requests were reasonable, I would stay here again.

Beautiful house close to Blue Ridge Parkway

A nice, quiet house in a residential neighborhood. Easy drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore, the arts district, and downtown. The house is beautiful and spacious, great for families! The owners were really nice and easy to work with.

Excellent Asheville House

The house and location were perfect for a getaway for three friends! The house was very clean and spacious, with three large bedrooms and very comfortable beds. The hosts provided everything necessary for a wonderful stay, as well as lots of information to help us enjoy Asheville. I would definitely stay here again with family or friends.

Weekend trip

We came to Asheville for the weekend to visit the Biltmore. The house is less than 10 minutes from the estate . The house had everything we needed, but most importantly, was clean and in a good neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

great location and super clean

the property was very nice. clean and great location. everything we needed. would recommend some new mattresses or toppers and nicer pillows. the king bed was good but the 2 other mattress didn’t sleep well. the overall house was perfect for our friends getaway. would book again for sure.

A trip to the mountains

The house was exactly like the listing stated. Close to Biltmore estate, which is why me and my sister and mother came to Asheville. Lots of room for three adults and very nice enclosed front porch to enjoy the outdoor space.

A Perfect Stay

Check in was easy & seamless. The rental was clean & very well equipped for cooking. I appreciated the fact that the home was close to downtown and yet had a neighborhood feel. Wonderful Asheville Home!

We loved our stay. Perfect for a family visit. Absolutely adorable house, decorated in a very classy way. Super-clean and extremely well-stocked: everything you’d need in the kitchen, lots of sleep-comfort options (e.g., pillows in different sizes,) etc. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Host is fantastic - flexible and aiming to please. We plan to make this our “go-to” for all future Asheville visits.

I want to live here!

We loved staying in this beautifully updated home in a quiet neighborhood. The attention to detail is evident all around you: custom painted walls, filtered drinking water, and towels in animal shapes! Everything was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. We were close to the Biltmore and Biltmore Village, which was what we wanted. I could live in this home!

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and decorated nicely. We loved hanging out on the screened-in front porch (with perfect weather!). The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very nice. Our hosts made sure we were taken care of and communicated well with us. We were very close to Biltmore Village and to downtown Asheville too which was incredibly convenient. I would recommend this property!

Excellent Girls Getaway

We absolutely loved this property for a girls getaway and visit to the Biltmore. We were close to many restaurant/food options so there was no need for a kitchen, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. We loved having space to sit and talk, but then turn in and have our own rooms. We were impressed by the details left by the host and would definitely stay here again. Everything was convenient and the house was extremely clean.

The best VRBO we've ever stayed in

I'm not exaggerating. The host thought of absolutely everything. The binder was an especially nice touch and lead us to one of our favorite places, Dobra Tea. Although the neighborhood has a lot of houses close together, it was quiet and peaceful day and night. We highly recommend this place and will likely be back.

Mother/daughter weekend

Lovely house with clean rooms, my Mom and sister and I came for the weekend. The master bedroom is very nice, the other two beds were not great but not awful. The steps are pretty steep but the carpet is clean and new and so are the couches. The kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need. We had a great time!

Sisters weekend

Loved our stay at Stix and Stones! Plenty of room and comfort. Great beds, lighting. Fans in each bedroom (white noise :) and comfort) plus ceiling fans. Well stocked kitchen - pots and pans, dishes, etc. didn’t use the yard due to cold front but very nice porch and back yard. Great communication with owner as needed. Thanks Mandy!!!
