The elevator was broken so we had to climb the stairs to our 4th floor room but other than that, it was peaceful, clean and just fine for a overnight stop. The breakfast was not as extensive as I thought it would be, but there were several options for a quick grab and go breakfast. Would stay again, as long as the elevator is operational!

Staff is great. Breakfast is just basic yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit and grain bars. Elevator was broke down awhile. Some people should not have been charged as much a night for the inconvenience.

Overall, the rooms are very clean and the staff were very kind! However, we were not notified that the elevator was out of commission until we checked in and they placed us on the 4th floor. The stairwell smelled strange and the door to the stairs was also left open all night long for anyone to enter. There is one ice machine on the ground floor for the entire hotel. This could’ve been due to the elevators being out, but it was inconvenient.

We arrived at 1:30am and checked in. They saw I was on crutches and informed me we were on the 4th floor, and the elevator was out. We decided to stay because they said they would move us lower the next morning. They had us in a second floor room around 2-3pm. We can not say anything bad about the staff. They were all very understanding and worked hard to accommodate us. They did get an excellent rating. The only thing we can say is the hallways were not clean and the breakfast area needed better stocked. Thank you for an overall good stay.

The rooms were very clean. The kitchen was nice and the full-size fridge not too noisy. Parking was easy, although the driving directions are just odd. Breakfast was fine. There was an issue with extremely noisy neighbors that was addressed by the staff and then resolved by their relocating me. Onsite laundry was not cheap, but what is these days? All told, a fine place to stay and a good value.

I loved the fact that they did not have smelly carpets in the room. The floor was laminate, so no musty smell. Also, we had to cancel part of our stay and the staff promptly helped us to change the reservation and receive our refund for the time that we did not use. We would definitely go back if we visit the area again.

It was a great stay overall but the grab and go complimentary breakfast was missing decaf tea and decaf coffee. We don’t take advantage of the nice kitchenette in the room. Otherwise clean breakfast area with additional vending.
