Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the premises provided they have been disclosed prior to arrival and the applicable pet fee has been paid. A maximum of one pet weighing no more than 20 lbs is permitted with prior approval and a $250 pet fee. All pets must be crated at all times if left unattended in the home, and pets are not allowed on any furniture under any circumstances. Please keep pets on a leash in all public spaces and clean up all pet waste promptly. Guests are expected to clean up the yard prior to departure, and additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet waste is left behind.

Accessibility
All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Stairs are required throughout the property and may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Guests are advised to use handrails when navigating stairways.

Child Safety
The home is not childproofed. Guests traveling with children should supervise them at all times and take appropriate precautions.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
