Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. EV Charger worked as advertised. Nice, tranquil view to watch sunset on front porch. A little bit of road noise nearby, but not audible inside. Comfortable bed and futon. Good directions provided by property manager. Electronic lock entry. Would definitely stay again!

Just here for an overnight stay to take advantage of the beautiful Brevard area. Centrally located for the things we had in mind. Space was immaculate, comfortable and cozy. No problems with check in. Everything we needed was available

Great cabin for solo trip on my way through the area. Had 3 days of hiking & biking, and lots of local breweries and restaurants. Very safe area with good parking. Nice hot shower after long days. The larger 2nd cabin down the hill would also be great for a larger crew. Definitely recommended, and will be back to visit! Great communication from the owners, before, during, and after to make sure all was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was quiet and cozy. Just enough space for the two of us. Maybe one more person could have fit. The bed and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and dishes and there was a decent sized fridge. The cabin was clean and tidy. 5 or 10 minutes away from grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!!!

MTB trip

I booked the cabin for a solo mountain bike trip and this cabin was perfect for my needs. I did not take advantage of the fire pit sadly but I did hangout on the porch the first night for a bit to watch the fireflies in the field next to the cabin. I was even treated to two deer with their yearling fawns grazing in the field as well. The place was cozy as the name suggests and was very clean with everything I needed to prep and cook meals when needed. An overall great experience.

Great Location, Cool Cabin!

Cabin was as described and had everything I needed for a quick stay in the area. Although I did not take advantage of the bike wash or the EV Charger, those were nice touches. I look forward to staying there again!

Perfect size cabin

We loved this tiny cabin. It was close enough to town but just far enough away. Jr was awesome! We enjoyed the firefly slow every evening and a fire in the fire pit.

great cabin with everything we needed!

We had a great, though quick visit to the mountains on a rainy weekend. The cabin had everything we needed - for example, olive oil already there! Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. Comfortable bed and a pull out futon and a shorter couch (so good for a short kid to sleep on).

This property was not much more than a shed behind a house. It was covered in wood…floors, walls, and ceiling. There were only limited local tv channels…A SMALL fire pit with a couple of bear up chairs. A very small bundle of wood was priced at 10$. There was very poor lighting inside the building. Not much positive, except that the water was hot. It did seem to be clean. Low value for the price.
