Look no further for the perfect Airbnb experience! Peacock Retreat has everything to offer. A newly constructed home perfect for family and friends to get away. Just minutes from downtown Asheville and walking distance to the blue ridge parkway this homes location is unmatched. Nestled on over one acre soak in the privacy this home has to bring while having access to all that Asheville and the blue ridge mountains have to offer.


5 night min Christmas-Thanksgiving.

★ Living room (main level): Plenty of windows allowing a abundance of natural light. 50” smart tv with lovely couch and accent chairs for relaxing. Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services are provided.

★ One Fully equipped kitchens with a stainless steel 4-burner range. Hamilton Beech coffee machine, Crockpot, and toaster. Main level kitchen has seating for 2 on the island.

★ Half Bath just off of the Kitchen on Main level.

★ Bedroom 1 is the Master Bedroom accompanied with a king size bed and a personal bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity.

★ Bedroom 2 Queen Bed

★ Bedroom 3 Queen Bed

★ Guest Bath on second story

★ Dining area: Dining table for 6. Bar seating for 2.

★ Spectrum internet and WiFi. Washer & dryer.
The home is a Peaceful and family friendly Neighborhood. Although the property is fairly secluded, please follow the rules listed below to ensure we do not leave a negative impact on any of our neighbors.

-No guest can book this property under the age of 21

-We are very serious about our No Parties or events policy. Fees will be applied if done without permission

-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation

-There cannot be more than 8 people in or on the property at any one point in time

You agree to know and agree to following fees:

a) smoking, vaping, cannabis 500$ for each day you are inside the property smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis

b) late checkout: $200 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late

c) unauthorized pets: $150 for each day you have an unauthorized pet

d) Parties or Events: $1000 a night

-If there is any issue, please notify the host as soon as possible so they can resolve the problem

Peacock Mnt home

Great location and beautiful home. We had a little hiccup with the door code when we got there, but one of the owners answered immediately and gave us a new code. Great communication, lovely kitchen decorated beautifully. The hot tub was amazing.. We highly recommend this property.

Overall a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked, hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. Overall cleanliness was fine . One thing that did bum us out was the condition of the outdoor seating area. With no covers for the furniture, the cushions and frames were quite dirty. My husband spent an hour cleaning it all off, cleaning the spiderweb from ths porches and getting the gas fire feature to work. Overall a great stay!
