Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, you will be within steps of all that the city has to offer. The finest restaurants, breweries, music venues and art are all within walking distance of this convenient location. If you are looking for the ultimate Asheville experience, this location is the perfect home base for you. Plus, you can PARK A CAR and leave it during your stay in our SECURED, ENCLOSED GARAGE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.

The second floor unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a one-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.

Linens are provided for the comfortable king size and queen size beds and in the full 2 baths. A laundry room is located inside the building.

We also have 2, two-bedroom units in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together.

**CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 4-9PM. NO CHECK-INS AVAILABLE AFTER 9PM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL

PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE LARGE VEHICLES IN OUR GARAGE SUCH AS CREW CAB TRUCKS, SUBURBANS OR SIMILAR SIZE VEHICLES. THEY WILL NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE
