We had a wonderful stay at Fitzroy Motor Inn this past weekend. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a very relaxing place to stay.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received. The receptionist on duty on Friday was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Her genuine care and willingness to help made us feel valued and well looked after from the moment we arrived.
It’s always the little things that make a difference, and the customer service here really went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grafton

No parking or room service, couldn’t make reservations for below restaurant, our fridge was broken and although it was replaced there wasn’t a phone number to call. Apart from above the suite was fantastic, staff were very friendly and our room was very tidy. Would stay again.
