Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.

Nice enough room. The place is extremely expensive. Charged $40.00 for an uncovered unplowed parking lot? Staff in restaurants were great. All other Great Wolf staff surly and as unhelpful as possible. It was very very busy and not enough food sources to feed this many people. Think long and hard ...

This property needs a serious update. The property looks tired. Attempted to use the fitness room and it was dirty and much of the equipment was unusable. The pool and jacuzzi were closed and looked disgusting. The common areas and room felt unclean
