The Rest at Potomac Farm — Upper Unit
Escape to comfort and charm in this private upper-level retreat, perched above a peaceful 3-acre property complete with a horse barn and rolling green space. One of only two units on-site, this space offers a quiet, elevated vantage point with warm natural light and cozy interiors.
Whether you're traveling for business, exploring the area, or planning a relaxing getaway, this unit is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home. Enjoy a fully equipped space with everything you need to unwind, connect, and create lasting memories.

Great Stay in Ashburn

This was the perfect place to stay for a wedding in Leesburg. Very conveniently located and super clean and comfortable. The house was spacious and well equipped. We highly recommend this beautiful house.

Excellent family getaway

We loved our stay in Ashburn! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us. It was a little too cold to use the backyard for us but there was tons of seating and gathering places. Great local restaurants and parks to walk in. And the host was very professional and accommodating when our plans changed on the last day. Highly recommend staying here!

Clean and Convenient

Family met from different parts of the country for a niece's wedding in Ashburn. This house was very conveniently located for easy airport pick-ups and local sight-seeing. The house was very clean and all amenities were top-notch. Check-in was seamless, plenty of room for family meals, and the grounds were very pleasant. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect

Rosalyn’s place was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable, beautiful decor, beautiful back yard area. Rosalyn was so helpful in getting us items for specialized cooking w needed to do while we were there. This rental was a huge part of the lovely weekend we had in Ashburn and Leesburg.

Peace, Privacy, and Great Location

This property is wonderful. It surpassed my expectations and is located in a beautiful area. It's immaculate with a wonderful neighborhood in which to walk, as well as access dining, groceries, and activities. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The property was beautiful and so was the house. The house had every amenity we could have needed and others we did not expect. This is the best VRBO house we ever stayed in and we have been to multiple locations.I would highly recommend this rental and property owner to work with.
