Private: natural state property 500 m2. 100 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 11 km, bus stop "Eikerapen" 210 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 84 km, 2 km.
"Evabu", 3-room house 40 m2. Renovated, cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 children's room with 3 sleeping facilities (60 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Panoramic view. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 30 l. Bed layout is flexible.
