Beautiful timber house "Mariabu", 80 m a.s.l.. 11 km from the centre of Åseral, 45 km from the centre of Evje, in a sunny, elevated position, 2.5 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 700 m2. Motor access (670 m via unmade road). Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop "Eikerapen" 850 m, sandy beach 2.5 km, bathing lake "Øre" 2.5 km. Fishing possibilities 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Eikerapen Gjestgård Canoe rental 1 km, Kristiansand airport 85 km, Kristiansand 85 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Storevatn 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Eikerapen 10 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Top floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities (75 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Wooden floors. Large terrace 53 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
