"Great hotel much further than expected to airport and taxi £25-30 for 12 mins drive. Great food and friendly staff. Carpets need a good clean in some places "

"Firstly the main staff was great, very friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the room. 1) It wasn’t cleaned very well, dirty glassware wasn’t removed. 2) Missing set of towels and floor towel 3) Soap & toilet paper were not replenished - felt like I was getting “rationed” 4) The main shower head did not work well, it was clogged and would spray water outside had to use the handheld shower head 5) Shower door was broken on the left side, it would not close well and let some water out. 6) garbage can was broken Warning: This place has no elevator, so be ready to carry the heavy luggage up narrow stairs. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many places and train station. Overall, 3/5 stars. The staff is great like I mentioned, but it’s the attention to detail that this hotel is missing. It’s making sure the rooms follow a checklist that everything is in order and that things work properly."

"Hotel is located very close to Heathrow airport and shuttle bus goes every 30 minutes. Even that you do not hear noise from airport. Food in restaurant is great, especially fish and chips. We got early check in, not much, just couple hours, but it was good, since we were tierd. Staff is friendly, breakfast was also good. Room is clean."
