I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. "This was a fantastic few days away. Property is small, but perfectly suited for me and my mum. Very clean, modern. Comfortable bed and couch. Location was fantastic. Rural but great pubs and cafes close by (and a Sainsburys local!) We loved all the footpaths all over. Dog was even happier. Plan on going back!"
